For the summer holidays 2020 because of the corona crisis eased the cancellation policy for our customers.
For this period, the cancellation conditions below are used. These only apply to days that fall between 4 July and 30 August, therefore the days that fall outside this period are no cancellation costs.
In previous years, the total amount of the stay prior to the stay had to be paid. This year you will receive two invoices in advance, which correspond to the cancellation conditions. (for example, you will receive the second invoice of 75% of the total costs one month before the check-in date, which must be paid no later than 14 days before the start.)
