Outside a high season period you can always cancel completely free of charge. If you have booked online, you can always cancel free of charge within 7 days after you have received the confirmation.

The cancellation conditions below apply in a high season period. Click HERE for an overview of the days that fall under high season.

• – Cancellation up to 2 months before the start of the agreement: 25.00 euros per pet.
• – Cancellation up to 1 month before the start of the agreement: 50% of the total.
• – Cancellation up to 2 weeks before the start of the agreement: 75% of the total.
• – Cancellation within 2 weeks before the start of the agreement: 100% of the total.

For the summer holidays of 2020 we use, because of the corona crisis, relaxed cancellation conditions, so these are different from those mentioned in the general conditions of dibevo, see www.dierhotelmarijke.nl/zomer
